Before putting an application into production, it’s best practice to test user permissions to ensure application access and experience are correct. ServiceNow enables this with an impersonation feature. In short, System Administrators can easily impersonate other authenticated users and roles as part of the application development process. With full access to user-specific apps, modules, and data, System Administrators can perform a full quality control exercise before pushing applications into production.
