Timeline
In just five weeks, you'll gain visibility into the current state of your CMDB, as well as develop a strong understanding of best practices, identified problems, and strategies for long-term CMDB health.
Two working sessions, each expected to be two hours, are scheduled to review the current state of the CMDB. Additionally, the system is inspected for configuration, customisation, and usage.
The current state is assessed from four (4) perspectives across three (3) dimensions.
Recommendations are derived from our findings, assigned a relative value and prioritised with your input. Recommendations along with estimates of effort are presented to your stakeholder community.
