When this biotech firm implemented ServiceNow to gain efficiencies through digital workflows, they required additional support to reach the maturity desired from the platform. ServiceNow played a major role in process automation, however, the firm’s resources restricted them to using basic IT management features. We stepped in to resolve a long-standing backlog of fixes and necessary improvements while extending ServiceNow’s capabilities to improve functionality and efficiency.

A $15B American worldwide manufacturing services company with 80 plants in 18 countries, and 100,000+ employees worldwide needed a reimplementation of the platform due to years of convoluted customisation with no clear path to upgrade. They also needed a strategic plan to better manage platform governance, architecture, and administration to avoid the same situation again.

Thirdera began with key client stakeholders to define their multi-year strategic roadmap. This was followed by a global re-implementation based on development best practices to align and support the client's long-term objectives.
